We agree ongoing care alongside the project, including responsibilities, support and how to request changes. Website care covers hosting and maintenance, with new features scoped separately. Apps have their own care terms.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership, licensing and handover are written into the scope before work begins. Websites have established ownership terms; custom web apps and mobile apps are agreed separately.

What happens after I send a request?

We read your brief and reply by email with a next step or a question. If the fit is right, we work through the scope together before paid work begins.
